Michael Holton
Before becoming a franchise owner, Michael spent 22 years with IBM, specializing in executive project management and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he focused on building efficient systems, solving complex problems, and delivering results at scale.
Ready for a new challenge, Michael decided it was time to leverage his operations background and start his own business — one that would allow him to make a meaningful impact in his local community. When he discovered TruBlue Home Service Ally, everything clicked.
“As a homeowner and a busy professional, I know firsthand how frustrating it can be when something goes wrong at home,” Michael explains. “Finding the right person for the right job — and often a different person for every job — is stressful and time-consuming. I knew there had to be a better way to support homeowners.”
Michael had even begun developing a business plan around this very concept when he learned about TruBlue. Alex, “ man of many repair talents” resecured a broken outdoor name sign, repaired a leaking outdoor water spigot, Installed microwave oven, rebuilt and painted waterlogged kitchen cabinet, hung shelving, and replaced wallboard to repair large hole in garage ceiling, all in the span of 6 hours. The cost was inexpensive, no service charge and one man does all! I have found my go-to company for any and all work needed in the future. The owner, Mike Holden, was a pleasure to work with. And I am already planning two more projects! ”
