The Lopez Family
When Arturo G. Lopez’s dad was diagnosed with aggressive dementia, he and his family did everything they could to make sure he was as happy and as comfortable as possible. They did what they could to care for him and to make sure the house was maintained. This gave Arturo a firsthand look at the challenges older adults face as they age in place. Now he’s combining his passion for business, his experience with his own family, and his desire to make a difference in the community with his companies, TruBlue of West Houston & Cypress.
TruBlue provides handyman, cleaning, emergency repairs, and seasonal services that are perfect for busy families and seniors. It provides security to anyone who wants the comforts of their own home without the worry of all the critical property maintenance repairs that are necessary. TruBlue of West Houston & Cypress services Cypress, Hilshire Village, Spring Branch, Memorial, Piney Point, Hedwig Village, Tanglewood, and the surrounding areas. We also service the Woodlands, Cinco Ranch, Richmond areas.
“I was always interested in opening a business that could help seniors and veterans and, after my experience with my dad who served in the Coast Guard for 24 years, I realized there was a need for a company like TruBlue to help care for their homes. We kept my dad at home for as long as we could until caring for him and the home started to negatively impact my mother’s health. I always thought if we had had a company like TruBlue to take care of their house, then he could have stayed home a bit more. That comfort and security is the kind of difference I want to make for the people in my own community,” Arturo said.

Fair price, on time start, on time finish, quality and experienced work, hard physical work, good cleanup, and friendly communication throughout. Arturo was extremely professional and courteous. He was honest with what needed to be done and with the costs associated.
