“ I don't usually leave reviews but I couldn't appreciate JD stopping by any more than I do. We saw some mold and rotted wood above the water heater and have been dealing with a leaky house since we moved in. We were worried that it was connected to a deeper and more pricy problem.
JD reassured me that my steps to address the exterior drainage took care of 80 to 90% of the problem and gave me advice on what else I can do, which was inline with what I was already thinking.
He also eased our fears about issues with a support beam and gave some pointers for the gutters. His visit was a huge relief, high class advice, and didn't even charge us.
That mold, that turns out was mostly dirt, we took care of ourselves, and we never felt like he was trying to swindle us or anything. Again, super awesome, especially for a new homeowner ”

I went over to check it out and grab the keys on Friday and the place stunk so bad of cigarettes. There was nicotine on the white doors and trim. I was sure the place was going to need a renovation and my new tenants would be displaced.
I called TruBlue (Sanitize solutions) on Friday. They came Friday afternoon, assessed the situation, Monday gassed the entire place and it was cleaned Saturday and today it’s good as new!
Seriously, give them a call! They were so friendly, affordable, and focused on eliminating the source, not just the smell!
