We're seniors on a fixed income, and we needed two repairs that we no longer could afford to ignore. We contacted TruBlue without knowing much about them. Both Steve and Jim came out, looked the projects over, said they could do it, and promised to provide an estimate. I looked the estimate over and approved them to do the work. We told them we'd get the materials, they said no problem, they would get the work done.
Steve came over this afternoon (8-21), immediately went to work. He was VERY professional, courteous, and efficient. In practically no time he had fixed our toilet (running water) issues and had the sink base primed and painted to our satisfaction - and at less cost than we expected.
We lost our handyman of almost 20 years when he moved out of state, and one we hired in the interim, the less said the better. But we will definitely be calling TruBlue in the future - and will be asking for Steve. Thanks Jim and Steve!
