Aaron Buche
Meet our owner of TruBlue, Aaron Buche. Aaron grew up in a family-owned business, and has continued his entrepreneurial journey with TruBlue. "I saw a great opportunity in the home services business, knowing many people are busy and need help with projects, fixes and remodels in and around their house. And a team of skilled craftsmen and craftswomen is the best way to serve customers that need our services." Aaron has an MBA from the University of Colorado, and has called Colorado home for over 25 years. He has two boys aged 18 & 12 years old, and enjoys hiking, fishing and watching his boys grow and turn into great young men. Aaron is also a veteran of the US Army.

I'm a total newbie to home ownership, and unfortunately, this job began with an agent (that no longer works for them) seriously underquoting the job, leading to a contract pretty far below the value of the work. Despite that, they honored the commitment, always showed up on time and with good attitudes, put in full shifts, and delivered a quality service I'm very happy with. They did raise the underquote status, but did so very reasonably and we agreed on an updated rate that I'm sure still ran them at a loss. There were never any hard feelings, and they made it clear that even if I would've refused, they still would've honored the commitment and done great work. I'll also note that they discovered a small leak while they were working and just fixed it, without being asked and without additional charges. ”
