Your TruBlue professional will come to your home and discuss your project with you in detail. You can provide us with all of the information we need and ask us about any concerns you may have. Once we have all the information, you will be presented with a detailed firm quote for all the work.
Do I have a choice in materials?
Once your vision is clear, you’ll choose your finishes and materials, we'll help you to choose the tiles, hardware, fixtures and with every detail of your project, and thanks to our strong supplier relationships, you can enjoy discounts on many products, saving you money.
Who will do the work?
We have our own skilled, quality-focused contractors who have been working exclusively for us for over six years. For specialized services, we collaborate with trusted partners who undergo the same rigorous vetting as our in-house team. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind every project we undertake.
How do you protect the area?
We prioritize maintaining a clean and organized work environment, protecting flooring and furniture with proper measures, and ensuring a safe workspace for everyone involved.
What do I need to do to prepare for my project?
It’s simple! Move anything that could be disturbed away from the work area. Ensure pets and/or children are in the least disruptive space throughout the progress of the project. If you prefer to be home while we work, we can work around you as you go throughout your day.
Do I have to be home when you do my project?
It is quite common for us to work while you are out of the house. Typically, homeowners will provide us either a garage code or key to enter the house. You can rest assured that our technicians are bonded and insured and go through a background check.
How do you handle items that need to be purchased for my project?
We'll provide you a list of materials that you can purchase yourself, but if you can’t find the time, we understand. Simply allow TruBlue to purchase on your behalf the materials you have both agreed upon in writing.
How long does a typical remodeling project take?
The duration depends on the scope of the project. During the initial consultation, we will provide you with an estimated timeline based on your specific needs.
